Our Story

Founded in 2001 as BMC Seminary, Rebbetzin Chana Carlebach created a beautiful location for learning and spiritual enlightenment, in S. Agathe, Quebec (just an hour and half north of Montreal). 
The seminary accommodated young girls from around the world. 
Students committed to a two-year leadership based teacher training program. 
Graduates of BMC Center's programs have gone on to build flourishing Jewish communities, schools, and women's groups worldwide. 
Hundreds of women around the world have been empowered to become teachers, mikvah coaches and attendants, and spiritual leaders for women within their communities.
